Brown on Target in Pre-Season Win

The game played at Rotherham's Hooton Lodge Training ground was played over three 30 minute periods, with Simon Brown scoring midway through the 2nd period.

Paul Holland told the official website after the game "It was a very positive start to the PreSeason campaign. All the lads had a good work out and did well. The three trialist keepers all looked sharp and the new signings seemed to fit in the rest of the team. All in all it was a good days work"

The goal from Brown marked his return to fitness after his injury woes towards the end of the last campaign.
