After being charged with improper conduct, for his part in the end of scenes anger at referee Darren Drysdale, in the 2-1 home loss to MK Don's, Stags new owner James Derry has said he will not fight the charge from the FA.

He told the Nottingham Evening Post on Wednesday "I am disapointed it has come to this, but I don't see any value in pleading not guilty, I think I am going to have accept the punishment."

Derry does have 14 days to respond the charge, but now looks as though he will just accept his fate.
