Shirtliff still searching players

Speaking on the official Mansfield Town Website this morning, Shirtliff said ""I was disappointed that after finding three good players that I felt fit the bill perfectly, they turned me down flat. I knew that getting players through the doors whilst we are at the bottom of the league would be difficult. They are all at good clubs and they and their agents felt that they could get better than Mansfield."
