Bridge aim for Cup Glory

Having already seen off 2 Nottingham teams on the Manor Park, 3-2 over Dovecrest after extra time, and a record 9-1 over Winning Post, the Bridge aim to make it a hat trick of wins over teams from the world's worst city this coming weekend, when they entertain Butler United.

Player manager Manq is expected to field his strongest team, and is demanding his troops return to winning ways, following on from 3 straight defeats, 2 of which has seen his side slip down the League 5 table.

In a recent interview in the League 5 weekly newspaper, Manq said he was looking forward to progressing into Round 4. "I'm looking forward to progressing to Round 4", he said.

Over the past couple of seasons, the Bridge have gone out of cup competitions over this coming weekend, a sad stat. they would want to put right this time round.
