Bacon in the Right Colours!
Lincoln Striker Danny Bacon, who has suffered his fair share of injuries so far in his career, will be back in the Lincoln squad this weekend as they aim to continue their unbeaten start to the league campaign, similar to the Stags.

Bacon suffered not only an ankle injury in the 1-1 draw with Notts County on the opening day of the season, but also combined that with a facial injury that required nine stiches.

Bacon missed most of last season for the Imps with a broken leg, and is now keen to build a succesful league career and get his appearances moving again.

Bacon made 56 appearances for the Stags, whilst in the youth of his career, before moving onto a succesful time with Hucknall Town, before nearly returning once again to Field Mill, when Carlton Palmer tried to bring him 'home'. However the move fell through and Bacon ended up at Sincil Bank, and the home of Lincoln City, where he may just make another appearance afterall at Field Mill.
