Hodge Arrested

After gaining some supporters man of the match awards, on loan Blackburn midfielder Bryan Hodge then decided to celebrate out in Blackpool, and in particular on tram lines in the seaside town, only problem being was that he was driving his car at the time, and had sunk more than his fair share of shandy's.

Hodge was found to be more than twice over the drink-drive limit.

An arrest and appearance in front of a magistrate later, saw the youngster banned from driving for 3 years.

Stags chairman James Derry who seems to be making daily news appearances told the Mansfield CHAD "We are obviously very disappointed that Hodge has committed a drink-driving offence, but as he is contracted to Blackburn their manager is dealing with the disciplinary matter."
